Which is the better time to visit Uruguay? - which is better neutrogena or nizoral
I travel to Argentina and Uruguay at the time. I do not know it would be better to proceed to Uruguay and then go to the region of Mendoza, later (as in the next month), or vice versa. Has anyone suggestions. Oh, and I'm cycling.

I recommend you go to Uruguay's first and then to Mendoza
The best time to visit Uruguay is now especialy in January and February, when temperatures are high, and you can enjoy beautiful beaches.
On the right, in Mendoza, it is too hot and dry and not a good idea, because they bear in the vicinity of the sea and the heat, it should be. If you later on, be fair.

I will recommend Atlantis to an hour in Montevideo, Punta del Este, when you search for cities of Cabo Polonio Trandy or if you want the desert, but it has many of them are under the same size as the bottom.
